Adds one additional location to your plan. Each location gets its own kanban board, customer portal subdomain, and reporting view.

Local 10DLC number — $7 / mo per number

Add a local-area-code number alongside your included toll-free. Useful for shops that want a number matching their service area.

Additional per-location toll-free — $5 / mo

Each location can run its own toll-free number for branded customer messaging. Includes the same 500-message bundle behavior.

SMS overage — $0.02 per message

Each plan includes 500 messages per month. Beyond that, you pay two cents per outbound message. No surprise minimums.

MMS messages — $0.02 per message

Photo and multimedia messages count as three against your monthly quota. Past the included bundle, MMS bills at two cents per message.

Pricing questions

Is there a limit on team members?
No. Every plan — Starter, Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise — includes unlimited team seats. Invite as many estimators, technicians, painters, and front-desk staff as you need at no extra cost. We charge a flat monthly fee per shop, never per user.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can change plans any time from the dashboard. Prorated charges or credits are applied automatically on your next bill.
What payment processor do you use?
None — you connect your own. CollisionLoop works with Stripe and Square out of the box, and you can paste in your own Stripe keys if you already have a relationship with another provider. We never take a cut of the payments your customers make to you.
What about my CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex data?
We complement those systems rather than replace them. Your estimators keep working in CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex the same way they do today. Two-way integrations are on the roadmap so RO status flows automatically.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. You can cancel any time from the dashboard and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
How long is the trial?
Thirty days. No credit card is required to start. We will ask for payment details before the trial ends so we can bill you when it does.
Do I need to set up my own SMS provider?
No — we provision a toll-free SMS number for you on subscription activation. Carrier approval typically takes 5 business days. Until then, transactional outbound (like signature links) sends via our shared no-reply number.
Where is my data stored?
In the United States on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. We do not store CollisionLoop customer data outside the US.
